Baggage

The luggage storage is on the hotel`s 7th and 6th floor. The service is free.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on the 7th floor of the hotel, every day from 6:30 - 10:00.
Guests are also offered an early breakfast to go. If you would like to use this option, please inform the staff in the reception department about this (until 21:00 of the previous day).
Guests who do not have breakfast included in their reservation can join the breakfast for an additional fee 15.00 EUR/person

Smoking and theft

The hotel has only non-smoking rooms. Fine for smoking in the room is 200.00 EUR. Stealing things from the property will be punished by a fine.

Instructions for the use of electrical appliances

• Do not use electrical appliances if they are damaged.
• Do not allow moisture or water to come into contact with the electrical device.
• It is forbidden to touch electric devices, sockets, and light bulbs that are connected to the electrical network with wet hands.
• It is forbidden to leave devices connected to electricity unattended, especially irons, electric kettles, etc.
• In case of an electrical installation fire, do not use water to extinguish the electrical installation or extinguish the damaged area with your hands. It is forbidden to pull out the plug from the outlet using the cord of the electrical appliance.
• It is forbidden to wipe the dust from electrical equipment with a wet cloth.
• If the plug or power cord is damaged, do not touch it.

Evacuation plan

Each room has an evacuation plan by the front door. The plan shows the location of the room in the hotel, as well as emergency exits and evacuation routes.

Hair dryer

For guests' convenience, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Check-in

Check-in to the hotel is scheduled from 15:00. In case of early check-in, please inform the reception staff. Early check-in is only possible if rooms are available.

Check-in

You are able to check-out until 11:00 o`clock. If you wish to extend your departure time, please inform the hotel reception staff by 12:00 on the day of departure. In case of late departure, additional payment will be applied. Late check-out is possible, considering the occupancy of the hotel on the day of departure.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Things lost and forgotten

The hotel stores lost/forgotten items for 12 months. The hotel does not store guests' personal household and hygiene products, as well as food products! Lost/forgotten items are sent to you for an additional fee.

The hotel is not responsible for guests' personal belongings left unattended.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place between 08:00 to 15:00. To change towels, please contact the reception staff. Bed linen is changed at least after three nights of your stay.

Laundry room can be found on the 7th floor and is available to all guests. Laundry detergent and softener are sold at the reception desk. Ironing boards and irons are also available in the laundry room.

You can leave all correspondence in the reception department.

Fire safety

All rooms have smoke detectors. In the case of a fire, leave the room immediately and follow the emergency signs in the hallways. Do not use the elevator under any circumstances!
