Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1st  floor of the hotel.
Breakfast hall working hours:

• Monday - Friday:  08:00 - 11:00
• Saturday - Sunday: 09:00 - 11:00.

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
We offer breakfast for guest visitors for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR / pers.

Car parking

Hotel underground parking has 4 parking places. Parking cost 24 h / 15,00 EUR. For more information, please contact reception (+372 686 3108).

Check-in

Check-in starts at 14:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Check-out

The check-out time is by 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, before 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Credit Cards

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

Drinking water

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. Drinking water in bottles is available at the reception for an extra charge.

Electricity

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

Electrical safety tips

• Do not use electrical appliances if a spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch electrical appliances, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor. Do not place electric heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially an iron or electric heater  plugged in. Do not flood water on inflamed cable or break it off with hands. Do not pull out a plug of an electric device by the cable.
• Do not touch electric wires with bare ends with your hands.
• Do not pour water on a plug or power cord when it is on fire.

Evacuation plan

There is an evacuation plan for each floor. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency paths and evacuation exits.

Extra bed

• Children under 7 years of age - providing for free extra bed and breakfast 8-15 years 15.00 EUR / per night - including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Older than 16 years 21.00 EUR / per night - including an extra bed and breakfast.

Fire safety

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

Fire and rescue service

You can call the fire service, dial 112.

Internet connection

A free Wi - Fi network is available in the hotel.

Lost and found

• Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms will be kept at the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food will not be kept!
• Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 15.00 EUR + postal expenses.
• The hotel is not responsible for the guest’s personal belongings.

Medical care

In case of a need for  medical care please contact the reception (+372 686 3108), or call an AMBULANCE: 112.

You can leave your correspondence at the reception.

Restaurant / bar

Gourmet Coffee Kadriorg at Rija Fonnental Hotel offers colorful dishes made from ingredients found only in Estonia. We offer snacks, salads, plates, burgers, as well as serious main courses. Perfect coffee is also roasted on site. The range of drinks includes a variety of handmade local beers, a wide range of wines and, of course, spirits. The restaurant also has a fully equipped conference room for up to 22 people. Restaurant is located on hotels 1th floor.

Room cleaning service

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:30 to 16:00.
Please place the “Clean Room” card on the door knob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place the “Do not disturb” card on the door knob.
To change the towels please leave them on the floor.
The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

Security

The hotel has a video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 112.

Smoking

This is non - smoking hotel.
The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 150.00 EUR.
