BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the - 1st floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours: Mon.-Sun. from 8:00 – 11:00.

CHECK-IN

The check-in time starts at 15:00. In case of early check-in, please inform the reception in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

PARKING

Parking for up to 15 cars is available near the hotel. Please ask reception for price and availability. 10 EUR per 24H.

EXTRA BED

  • Children under 7 years old are allowed to stay in their parents room for FREE, including extra bed and breakfast.
  • Children from 8 to 15 years old - EUR 15 (per child/ per night). Extra bed and breakfast included.
  • Children older than 16 years - EUR 21 (per child/ per night). Extra bed and breakfast included.
  • Extra bed and baby crib are not possible in the Standard room. In case of the need of an extra bed, please contact the reception.

PETS

Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 15.00 EUR per night. For further information, please contact the reception.

SMOKING

DRINKING WATER

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in reception on the hotel's first floor for an extra charge.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE

Room cleaning service is performed upon request. Please place a “Clean Room” card on the door knob if you wish to clean your room. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place a “Do not disturb” card on the door knob. For changing the towels, please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

ELECTRICITY

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TIPS

  • Do not use the electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
  • It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
  • Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
  • Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with your hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
  • Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
  • Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron and electric heating, plugged in.
  • Do not flood water on an inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
  • Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
  • Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with your hands.
  • Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

EVACUATION PLAN

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The room's location is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

FIRE SAFETY

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire, please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

LOST AND FOUND

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food will not be kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price (20.00 EUR + postal expenses).
The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.

In case of the need for medical care, please contact the reception or call an AMBULANCE: 112

SECURITY

The hotel has a video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 110.
